Everything else that's good and good for you I finally pick up on it just before or after it ends. In this case it's The Wire. So far I've gotten through two seasons and need the last three like Bubbles needs heroine. While waiting to score season three I spent some time bumming around the web reading about the show and found this from one of the creators.

So with that, what's more frightening? A TV series that shows you how fucked up things are fifteen to twenty minutes from your home in an engaging and well plotted fashion that nobody watches. Or any reality/entertainment news show that's rated number one for the week because they've got blurry night vision camera footage of Paris Hilton fucking a Great Dane. I know that last part hasn't happened........yet. Seriously, the way things are lately, wait six more months it's bound to happen.
